Running the game in Vulcan mode at 3x resolution with EE cyclerate set at 2, pretty much all other settings set at defau lt values: getting nigh flawless performance, 59-60 fps all throughout, no slowdowns noticeable afaik.
Will try again to see if this is reproducible.īIOS: USA 2.30, on D3D11 Hardware with Native Resolution, used default preset (2-safe).
W eird issue with filtering lines appearing at the bilinear mark in both software and hardware modes. Used balanced preset (3-balanced) and noticed solid 60fps throughout all menus and gameplay at 3x internal resolution.
GSdx AVX2 1.1.0 Hardware (F9 to software for fixing sky) Menus at 50 fps, ingame in hardware-mode ~30fps at best with this laptop. Used default preset (2-safe) and switched between dx9 and dx11 to see if there where any differents at all. GSdx 10 Hardware (F9 to software for fixing sky) I'm baffled that it runs at ~40-45 fps with no audio issues. Used default preset (2-safe), 2 rendering threads for GSdx10 software and async audio for SPU-X. SOUND FIX: audio plugin settings, output settings: 1-XAudio 2, synchronizing mode: Async Mix. Also the sound (mostly the musics in races) is running a bit choppy. Atleast in the latest SVNs the vertical lines was fixed (in 0.9.8 still have these lines) and the black sky is still present.
HACKS: Preset = Balanced and/or EE CycleRate = x2 / mVU Block Hack and MTVU checked / Scaling x3 / Everything else at de fault., The game runs at full speed all time but still have some graphical glitches. The black sky and slightly choppy audio is still present, as are the fixes for these problems. Runs above full speed., Various graphics errors (reflections, black sky, etc.). Burnout revenge also supports online play for challenging other players. Game modes run the range from pure racing to pure destruction on a handful of real-world locations, including Detroit and Rome. The sequel to Burnout 3 adds some new features such as detailed car damage, crash combos, and a meter that rewards vengeance on the road. Game description: Burnout Revenge is a racing game in which your desire for destruction is as important as your ability to reach the finish line.
